DMCA Policy

"Protein Waffles" is committed to protecting the rights of copyright holders and adhering to the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We take intellectual property rights seriously and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the "Protein Waffles" website, you may notify our designated copyright agent in accordance with the DMCA. We will promptly investigate and take appropriate action.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

To file a DMCA notice of infringement with "Protein Waffles", you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  6. Physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the "Protein Waffles" website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our designated agent and include substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: And the location (URL) where the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Protein Waffles" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
